Yes, she is that chick who used to be on the telly and yes, in person, she is probably taller ( and definitely louder) than you might have been expecting!

Peter Morris

Peter has almost 30 years experience in sales and marketing management, service delivery, specialised recruitment and hospitality in New Zealand and overseas.

With an uncanny knack of attracting rude and/or unknowledgeable salespeople in every conceivable situation, Peter has seen and heard it all. After 15 years travelling  the world as a Destinations Manager on big flash cruise liners he is back in Aotearoa heading up the Sales function for a slightly smaller vessel.

His catch-phrase is "dumb as a bag of rocks" and we suspect that his name is red-flagged in CRMs around the world!

Carol Augustsson

Contact Centre & Systems Training

Carol has a wealth of experience in customer service and hospitality management both in New Zealand and the UK.

She is a firm believer that while there is a point where quality service outcomes meet revenue objectives, that point is rarely where organisations believe it to be!

Carol has worked for Qantas for almost a decade and has lately been training new contact centre consultants and dealing with escalated customer issues.

Carol boxes at David Tua's gym in Onehunga in her spare time so watch out!
